Bayan's management is supervised by a board of directors consisting of seven Kuwaiti businessmen members under the leadership of Mr. Faisal Ali Abdul Wahab Al Mutawa in his capacity as the Chairman of board of directors and managing director. He is being assisted by a group of professional and competent managers and staff that have excellent practical knowledge of assets and portfolio management, financial studies and analysis, futuristic options and transactions.
